Bespoke Furniture / Made around your project
From your brief,
to the finished piece.
For private residential clients, interior designers, architects and project partners. We help turn an idea into furniture through clear decisions about proportion, materials and how it will be made.
Discuss a bespoke projectThe scope
A single piece.
A considered collection.
Projects can include sofas and seating, lounge and dining chairs, dining and occasional tables, beds and selected cabinetry or special pieces. We review each request before confirming what can be made.
Customisation may involve size, proportion, upholstery, visible finishes and construction details. A reference image starts a conversation; feasibility, design permissions and the agreed specification determine the work we accept.

How we work
Clear decisions.
At every stage.
From initial review to final handover, each stage gives you an opportunity to understand and approve the work.
- 01
Brief & feasibility
We review the furniture in relation to the space: dimensions, proportions, circulation and practical use. Materials, structure and manufacturing feasibility are discussed before the scope is confirmed.
- 02
Technical drawings
Drawings define the agreed dimensions, construction details and installation requirements. The relevant drawings are reviewed and approved before production starts.
- 03
Materials & samples
We confirm the proposed upholstery, timber or veneer, stone or ceramic surfaces, metal finishes and hardware as relevant to the piece. Material samples and finish references establish the agreed direction.
- 04
Production updates
Key stages are documented, such as cabinetry before finishing, upholstery before its final covering and assembly details. We discuss decisions while there is still time to resolve them.
- 05
Finished-piece review
Photographs and video support your review of appearance, material consistency, dimensions and functional details. Final confirmation is obtained before packing; a requested third-party inspection can be arranged within the agreed scope.
- 06
Packing & international shipment
Protection is selected for the furniture and its journey: wrapping, foam, reinforced corners, cartons and wooden crates where required. Freight arrangements, insurance, destination handling and installation responsibilities are agreed for the project.
- 07
Handover & care
We provide relevant assembly or installation guidance and care information for the chosen materials. Any on-site service is defined in the project agreement, rather than assumed to be available everywhere.
- 08
After-sales support
If an issue arises, share the order reference, photographs and a description. We assess the cause and discuss repair, replacement or spare parts where appropriate. Manufacturing responsibility, damage in transit, external causes and improper use are assessed against the agreed terms; costs and responsibilities are clarified before action.
